Renting a holiday house is like being at home – you will have the whole house to yourself, with the kitchen, living room and all bedrooms to yourself. This is a lot cheaper than renting rooms for the whole family in a hotel, especially if you’re going to stay for a week or more.

There are a lot of apartments within Mandurah that has some really spectacular views. Some units can be rented for a couple of weeks, but you’d be able to save more if you rent it for a month. Running rate is around $500 for second-level apartments with views while it’s around $300 for ground-level units.
Solo Mandurah Rentals
If you’re going to Mandurah alone, there are also accommodation Mandurah available for you. Some people would automatically think of hotels, but why not stay in a bungalow near the beach instead? It will give you a really nice view and access to the beach whenever you need.
And who says you shouldn’t enjoy staying in a fully furnished apartment? It’s very convenient to stay in one. You’d have everything you need – a television, a microwave, a coffee maker – everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one.
Again, the rate for fully-furnished apartments differs but the current running rate is at $550. If you find that too high for your budget, some landlords are willing to give a discounted rate especially if you’re only staying for a couple of weeks.
Let’s say the rate is at $550 that would make it around $18 a day. If you’re going to stay for two weeks, for instance, the full rate would be at around $257. Some landlords can close the rate at $300, so you don’t pay for a month’s rate and they still get to make some money.
